Significant acquisitions, disposals and financings in 2021 show strength of global deal flow

Despite continued economic uncertainty, global deal flow has remained strong and built on the momentum of Q4 in 2020.
DWF's global Corporate team has had an incredibly busy period, with a number of significant acquisitions, disposals and financings taking place with a particular focus on tech deals. Read on to find out more about some of the deals our team has advised on recently.
  1. DWF advises Equiniti Group plc on the disposal of its EQi D2C business
  2. DWF advises Macif on its investment in Karos
  3. DWF advises digital learning business, Sponge, on acquisition to expand EU footprint
  4. DWF advises software group on sale of managed services subsidiary 
  5. DWF advises owners of Cirrus on sale to Accenture
  6. DWF advises primary care developer and investor, Assura plc, on latest acquisition
  7. DWF advises Polish charter airline, Enter Air, in obtaining financing 
  8. DWF advises Inflexion on minority investment in The Goat Agency
  9. DWF advises Inflexion on an investment in corporate insurance broker DR&P Group
  10. DWF advises Moneyplus Group on its £60m investment from Intriva Partners
  11. DWF advised the management and shareholders of Irish group, Industrial Water Management, in its sale to SKion, the German private equity fund, backed by Susanne Klatten of the Quandt family.
