Bignon Lebray assisted EIC Fund with Alexandre Ghesquière, partner and Karos was advised by Alexandre Wibaux and Jérémie Noël.

The investment funds Aster, Eiffel Investment Group and Aglaé Ventures, Karos' historical shareholders, are also participating in this capital increase.
