His work covers social risk management, international mobility and international employment law issues, senior executive matters, as well as the employment aspects of acquisition, disposal and restructuring transactions. In this context, Ludovic advises on the employment elements of due diligence processes, assesses HR risks, costs and obligations through compliance and social audits, anticipates the people impact of complex transactions (including employee transfers, harmonisation of employment terms, collective negotiations and redundancy programmes), and supports clients throughout the post‑completion phase.
