Advocacy

DWF Advocacy is an expert, quality, streamlined advocacy service, operating as an alternative to the external Bar and traditional chambers - saving you money and making communication easier.

Operating much like an in-house set of chambers, with a dedicated clerking team, DWF’s barristers and advocates understand that getting the best results from advocacy relies on specialist understanding and up-to-the-minute experience. That’s why DWF Advocacy is separated into sub teams, drawing together experts in Commercial, International Arbitration, Motor Fraud, Occupational Health & Disease, Catastrophic Injury, Professional Indemnity, Employment, Costs Assessments and Inquests.

DWF Advocacy accepts instruction directly, as well as through DWF Law LLP.  Whether you need someone to conduct telephone or in-person court hearings, in all courts across England and Wales, or support with drafting, our commitment to providing the very highest quality legal expertise, at a reasonable cost, sets us apart from the other chambers.

We offer expertise across all types of hearings:

  • CCMCs
  • Application Hearings
  • CRU Appeals
  • Detailed Assessments
