Ewa Lewandowska has eight years of experience in real estate transactions in various sectors, including retail (shopping centres and retail parks), logistics, office and residential. She focuses on projects for sale/purchase of real properties (including income asset deals) and shares in commercial law companies.
She advises Clients in all stages of the transaction, from conducting an examination of the legal status of real estate and preparing a due diligence report to elaborating and negotiating of complex set of the transaction documentation, including the financing of the acquisition and refinancing.
Ewa is also a market-recognized specialist in preparing, negotiating and renegotiating leases, particularly for office, retail and logistics premises. She drafted and negotiated lease agreements for space in the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw and throughout Poland. She also represents both tenants and landlords in day-to-day matters, including disputes, related to existing lease.
She also supports developers from the office and residential sectors in negotiating good neighbourhood agreements.
