The latter part of David's career has been in the management of major infrastructure and construction disputes in arbitration and adjudication under various international contract forms, he has been appointed as an arbitrator and appointed as an expert witness in numerous construction disputes.

David has worked on client side and contractor side disputes and claims and has advised boards and ministries on major infrastructure disputes in various countries. He has experience of major international infrastructure projects up to $20 billion USD.

David has experience of numerous contract forms from around the world and experience in the following areas: general construction, airports, highways, bridges, LNG, casinos, stadia, industrial, marine, harbours, docks, jetties, dredging, breakwaters, high rise, hotels, mixed use, sewers, sewage outfall, mining, and others.
