Experience
In recent years, Giorgio has assisted leading Italian and international companies in managing information and consultation procedures with trade unions in the context of collective redundancies and business transfers. Giorgio has extensive experience in employment litigation and also in commercial agency contracts.
He is a lecturer and Core Faculty member at the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore, where he teaches labour law and industrial relations in the HR Master, the Labour Law Master, and the Executive Master in Strategic HR Management.
He is also the scientific coordinator of the master’s programme in labour law and industrial relations.
Giorgio was an assistant to the Chair of Labour Law at the University of Insubria (Como and Varese) and was a contract lecturer at the Specialisation School of the same University.
Giorgio has been ranked by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, and has received several awards, including: “Lawyer of the Year – Agency Contracts” (Legalcommunity Labour Awards 2022) and “Emerging Lawyer of the Year” (Legalcommunity Labour Awards 2019).
Giorgio has also been included in the Chambers and Partners Europe 2025 ranking.
