DWF provided comprehensive transactional advice relating to the purchase of the office buildings Nefryt and Topaz located in central Warsaw. This included conducting due diligence, structuring the deal and setting up an investment structure. We also advised with respect to financing for the transaction and prepared and conducted negotiations on acquisition documentation. Finally, we oversaw closing and we will also assist in ESG modernisation of the assets.
