Lee joins from Clyde & Co, where he held the role of legal director in the firm’s healthcare regulatory team. With over a decade of experience in the sector, Lee brings a strong track record of advising medical defence organisations, insurers, professional bodies and individual healthcare professionals. Lee's practice encompasses representing healthcare providers in complex fitness to practise investigations before a variety of healthcare regulators, inquests, professional disciplinary matters and in judicial review proceedings.
Having been recognised by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner”, Lee is known for his strategic insight, high standards of client service and commitment to developing talent.
