DWF advise Zeitgeist Asset Management on the acquisition of student housing at Koszykarska 33 in Cracow

DWF in Poland has advised Zeitgeist Asset Management, on the acquisition of a student house with 345 beds in 157 rooms, which will be managed by Zeitraum, an international student house operator.

DWF advised on the full scope of the transaction. The transaction was led by Weronika Roesler (Senior Associate, Real Estate), and Joanna Wojnarowska (Partner and Head of Real Estate) oversaw the project. Tax advisory was provided by Adrian Jonca, (Partner and Head of Tax). The DWF team also included Bartosz Ostrowski (Senior Associate, Real Estate) and Katarzyna Stec (Senior Associate, Tax).

Zeitraum, a subsidiary of Zeitgeist Asset Management, is the second largest professional operator of student residences in the Czech Republic. It has been operating on the market for five years and currently manages 460 dormitory spaces and 156 accommodations.
