It has eight UK offices and recently expanded into mainland Europe with the opening of a site in Rotterdam.

DWF's Corporate team, led by partner Frank Shephard and associate Matthew Judge, advised Far Logistics on the acquisition of Candour Logistics, a UK-based business with 21 staff which has twice been named in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100.

Frank Shephard said: "We are delighted to advise the team at Far Logistics on this significant acquisition, which is sure to be another important step in the growth of Cardinal Maritime and Far Logistics."
