Michelle has over 18 years' experience conducting civil litigation claims, and benefits from expert knowledge of legal costs, having previously specialised in clinical negligence costs claims. Michelle is an experienced advocate, having represented clients at interlocutory applications, CCMC's, detailed assessment hearings, costs mediations and JSM's. Michelle's background in costs litigation provides expertise into procedural rules and case law.
Since joining DWF, Michelle specialises in defending clinical negligence claims and has a breadth of experience in all stages of claims, and advises a wide range of Healthcare providers to include the NHS Resolution, private consultants, dentists, and GPs, achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
