Having accumulated over ten years of professional experience in litigation and corporate advisory, Karolina specialises in representing corporate and individual clients in civil and commercial disputes. Her work focuses on complex litigation, including contractual and corporate disputes, where she provides comprehensive legal support across all stages of proceedings from strategy development and drafting pleadings to negotiations and settlements.

Her practice also covers insolvency and restructuring matters. Karolina advises companies facing financial difficulties and represents them in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. She combines strong procedural expertise with a practical understanding of business operations, enabling her to identify risks early and deliver pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.

Before joining DWF, Karolina gained experience in corporate advisory and company law, which allows her to approach litigation not only from a procedural but also from a strategic corporate perspective.
