Claire advises organisations on contentious and non-contentious regulatory issues and has considerable experience of working with a range of clients in relation to their regulatory regimes, including health and safety, professional standards, fire safety, environmental, GSCoP, and food safety. She works collaboratively with clients to secure the best possible outcome for any regulatory challenges they face.
Claire supports clients conducting internal investigations, through regulator investigations and to final hearings (in criminal courts or professional tribunals), as well as at inquests and public inquiries. She has dealt with a wide range of regulators, including HSE, local authorities, trading standards, ICAEW, IPA, FRC, ACCA and fire authorities.
Over the years, she has gained diverse experience, covering a broad spectrum of regulation and has acted on many high profile cases for a varied client base. In recent years, she has worked on a number of prominent public inquiries and health and safety/food safety cases, as well as completing a client secondment to a multinational technology company.
Claire regularly works with multinational corporations as well as individuals and prides herself on her ability to deliver a positive experience at what is often a very difficult time for her clients.
