Dean joins DWF’s finance and restructuring practice, bringing extensive experience advising lenders, borrowers and investors on complex UK and cross-border transactions. His expertise spans leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, corporate banking and debt restructurings. He will also work closely with the firm’s Corporate Team to support its significant venture capital and private equity client base.
Prior to joining DWF, Dean spent his career at national and international law firms, most recently as a partner at Clyde & Co. He is recognised as a leading individual for banking and finance in the independent legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
