The sale to Acuity will strengthen Acuity's Data and Technology Services division, broaden its sector reach into reinsurance, pharma, manufacturing and retail, and build on Ascent's strong alliance with Microsoft, furthering its commitment to delivering innovative AI-led solutions to clients worldwide.
