DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised Doorway S.r.l. Società Benefit, a company operating in the management of crowdfunding portals, in the authorisation process in front of the Italian Supervisory Authorities (Consob and Banca d'Italia).
This ended with the granting of the authorisation to operate as a crowdfunding service provider, pursuant to the EU Regulation 2020/1503 (the so-called ECSP Regulation).
The DWF team comprised Senior Associate Marta Tiraboschi who handled all regulatory, authorisation and corporate profiles with the support of Associate Gianluca Petrachi and the coordination of Partner Luca Lo Po'.
