Solaque Holding, a company registered in Cyprus, is affiliated with the GEO Renewables Group, operating in the renewable energy sector. GEO Renewables has been operating since 2010, and has already completed several dozen projects, mainly in wind and solar energy, whose total value exceeded PLN 2 billion. It conducts RES projects from the development stage through construction and operation. Currently, it manages the capacities of over 200 megawatts of the Zgorzelec, Jędrzychowice, Wróblew and Lubartów parks.
- This is another transaction in the renewable energy sector, in which our transaction team advised in close cooperation with the renewable energy team. We are very pleased to participate in projects relevant to the RES sector. This project required not only legal craftsmanship, but also the specialist knowledge and business sense of our colleagues, especially since the transaction was carried out during a pandemic - emphasised Michał Pawłowski, Managing Partner of DWF Poland.
