The deal will see London-based Magique Galileo become part of Sword GRC, which has offices in the UK, USA, Asia and Australia, enabling the newly expanded business to offer a range of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software and services.
Magique Galileo is a specialist provider of software solutions together with audit, compliance and risk management consultancy and training.
Corporate partner Gary Macdonald advised Trevor Williams and Verna Hughes, the shareholders of Magique Galileo, on the sale to Sword alongside Caroline Colliston, Rachel Gervaise and Yavor Georgiev from DWF's Scotland Corporate team and Alistair Hogarth and Georgia Hine from DWF's London Corporate team.
