DWF topped their category after being praised for the business's work in responding to clients' concerns regarding the migration of organised fraud to Scotland. DWF created a multi-disciplinary outsourced team of experts who focussed on analysing the Scottish market and monitoring the Governments' legislative programme, using the business's findings to successfully lobby for regulatory changes.
This latest award comes just a week after the business won Insurance Law Firm of the Year at the Insurance Post Claims Awards 2018 in recognition of the business's innovative route to market initiative. Earlier this year DWF also achieved a double accolade at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards in the Legal Partner of the Year category and the Fraud Prevention Solution of the Year category.
