14 May 2018
Legal business DWF has announced plans to relocate into new office premises within Newcastle's prestigious Central Square South, which will see the business's 50-strong Newcastle team with modern, open-plan working space that will facilitate further growth as well as enable the introduction of agile working.

The business has taken up 7500 square feet of space on the building's second floor and will move into the office in June, joining current tenants PwC, HSBC, Eversheds, Clyde & Co and Penspen Integrity.

The building, located near to Newcastle's Stephenson Quarter, which last year was announced as city's new 'innovation district' is BREEAM rated 'Excellent' and was designed by award-winning architect Carey Jones

Newcastle is a dynamic city with a huge amount of potential for business, so we are committed to building our presence in the City and really pleased to start the next phase of growth in our new office.

"The space itself is impressive, with a design and style that reflects who we are as a modern legal business, and facilities that will support us as we continue to roll out agile working. It will give us a really fantastic working environment for our people, a central location that is ideal for clients, and the space to continue growing in the future."
