This session similar to the first will be delivered by the team using a few worked examples, drawing on the teams real life experiences, to bring the content to life; focusing on the complexities around the relationship between grant funding agreements and overage, risks associated with permitted disposal definitions and the various triggers we regularly negotiate with developers and grant recipients.
The team are experienced in a wide range of overage negotiations and will use this opportunity to share their experiences with you and answer your questions.
