Experience


Paulina Stachura is an attorney-at-law, a member of the Renewable Energy Team at DWF (Poland). She advises on grid connection issues, licenses, RES support schemes, including offshore wind farms, wholesale electricity market issues, including cross-border trade and NEMO activity, balancing market, capacity market, gas storage and biogas market. She prepares legal opinions on regulatory matters under Polish and EU Law, conducts due diligence reports and advises on administrative proceedings related to energy sector.

She gained experience in the Energy Regulatory Office, where she worked on the Polish and European electricity market, including instructions on the operation and use of the grid, EU network codes, draft legislative amendments, imposing financial penalties. She represented the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on the international forum. 

She also represented energy and heating companies in civil proceedings.
