As Vice President of Legal Operations, Technology and Consulting, Meghana helps bridge the gap between legal professionals by implementing legal processes, streamlining project management and making their departments more efficient.
Meghana works directly with legal departments from consultation through delivery. She serves as a consultant to identify gaps and bottlenecks in systems, develops process design and continuous improvement policies and guides stakeholders through legal tech implementation, post-implementation and change management support. She is a trusted partner for any general counsel looking to improve their legal department’s functionality.
Meghana is passionate about being a problem-solver and using innovative measures to solve complex legal issues. She particularly enjoys working with global clients to discover how old-fashioned legal work can be done in an inventive way.
Prior to DWF, Meghana served as Deputy General Manager - Legal Operations at Tata Communications. There she excelled in workflow automation and continuous improvement implementation, AI-based review contract review and automation based compliance management. As a Senior Manager at EY, she worked directly with clients to orchestrate project management procedures for a host of in-depth and complex programs. She also led consulting and CLM implementations for global clients across various industries ranging from FMCGs to Financial Institutions, guiding their legal departments through AI-based review and legal tech consulting.
When she’s not advising legal professionals on efficient procedures, Meghana enjoys spending time with her daughter and her dog, as well as learning Spanish.
