Kate is an Associate in our Real Estate Litigation team with experience in dealing with commercial and residential property together with associated Court proceedings and injunctions.

She acts for a number of large commercial clients including local authorities, developers and investors with portfolios consisting of commercial, residential and mixed use premises. Kate deals with a wide range of issues including commercial and residential asset management matters. Kate has particular expertise in advising on complex residential management issues including section 20 consultation, service charge disputes and advising on the implications of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. 

Her experience allows her to take a pragmatic and commercial approach to negotiation
