Jon has extensive advocacy experience, often appearing in the Employment Tribunal for clients on multi-day cases or those of a high profile nature.
His particular area of expertise lies in the field of recruitment – in particular in the law relating to agency workers. He has worked extensively in this area for over 15 years as well as in protecting employers from the competitive activity of former employees, including obtaining injunctions in the High Court, restraining their behaviour.
