Jamie's particular focus is contentious HR issues, and he regularly conducts advocacy for clients in employment tribunal hearings. His clients come from a range of industries but he has a particular interest in construction.
He has practised employment law for over ten years and advises clients on a range of issues including discrimination, TUPE, blacklisting and collective/individual redundancy situations.
Away from his desk, Jamie is an open water swimmer who trains with the Liverpool Open Water Swimming Club and competes in a number of events each year. He is currently training for the Windermere One Way Swim (10.5 miles).
