Ferga has over 14 years' experience dealing in real estate investment projects and strategic development sites acting for a number of strategic land buyers, property developers and investment and development managers.
Ferga also deals with high value commercial leasing transactions. Recent highlights include the purchase of a large rural country estate in Scotland for residential development and the Scottish property aspects of a multi-million pound refinancing.
Outside of the office, Ferga enjoys fair weather running and French wine.
