Eleanor advises on a broad range of real estate work including high value acquisitions and disposals, investment and portfolio management, real estate finance and development work.
Her experience includes:
- acting for a developer on the acquisition of 230 acres of development land for £20 million;
- advising on multi-let investment portfolios for a REIT;
- acting for a developer in the acquisition of an office site for development as student accommodation including negotiating a pre-let agreement and dealing with the forward funding sale to an investor;
- dealing with the refinancing of a portfolio of care homes for a financial institution;
- advising on the purchase of an £8 million retail site and hotel development that had complex title issues for an investor; and
- acting for a national retailer in the re-gear of their leases.
