He has particular expertise in relation to TUPE. He is also an experienced employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal advocate and regularly designs and runs training sessions for clients.Tim is a partner and Head of the Employment team in Liverpool. He is a member of DWF's Education Group and the Employment Lawyers' Association.
