Tim Scott

Head of Employment (Liverpool) // Partner, Liverpool

Tim specialises in employment law and has wide experience of giving practical advice to employers in the private and public sectors on both contentious and non-contentious issues.


He has particular expertise in relation to TUPE. He is also an experienced employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal advocate and regularly designs and runs training sessions for clients.

Tim is a partner and Head of the Employment team in Liverpool. He is a member of DWF's Education Group and the Employment Lawyers' Association.

Other areas of expertise include discrimination, TUPE and trade union related issues.
