Susan is an experienced litigation practitioner with extensive experience in both prosecution and defence of High Court, Commercial Court and Supreme Court actions.

Susan's experience extends to all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, both defence and prosecution.  Susan's main focus is on commercial litigation and she also has extensive experience in the defence of professional negligence claims against a wide range of professionals. Susan has acted in the defence in claims against professionals varying from solicitors, medical professionals, architects, engineers, surveyors, IT consultants, financial and insurance advisers and valuers. Susan's range of expertise in professional indemnity practice includes medical/clinical negligence claims (both medical and veterinary negligence) and product liability claims on behalf of international commercial clients and insurers. Susan is currently acting in the defence of a large number of medical negligence claims against one of the main high street UK and ROI opticians. 

Susan also advises on coverage and indemnity issues for both Irish and UK insurers. 

Susan has acted in many large-scale commercial disputes arising from shareholder, property or contractual disputes as well as subrogation claims. Susan has acted for many financial institutions in relation to high value and complex debt recovery claims before the Commercial Court. She has also acted for Liquidators, Examiners and Receivers in various insolvency matters.
