Stephen Miles

CEO (Commercial Services), Birmingham

Stephen is CEO for Commercial Services and a member of DWF's Executive Board, responsible for driving forward the Commercial Services strategy to deliver further growth and increased profitability.

Stephen joined the Group in August 2014 as a partner and the CEO of the Commercial Services division. He is a member of the Executive Board and is responsible for executing the Commercial Services division's strategy, driving forward its activities and coordinating the Corporate Services, Litigation and Real Estate practice groups to deliver growth and increased profitability. 

Across the UK and Ireland, our Commercial Services division employs over 800 people.  In executing the division's strategic activities and coordinating its growth and increased profitability, Stephen works closely with the Operations Director for Commercial Services, the heads of our Corporate Services, Litigation and Real Estate practice groups and the Commercial Services location heads in Belfast and Dublin.  

Stephen is also the Group's diversity and inclusion executive sponsor for gender and LGBT+ and chairs the Group's Engaging People Executive.
