Sinda is an associate in the Corporate Department. She specialises in business and contract law, and also in intellectual property and data protection law.

Sinda advises companies of all sizes and in all sectors of activity in order to accompany them throughout their existence, from their creation to their transfer. She intervenes in all operations relating to the creation, restructuring, acquisition and transfer of companies. 

Also specialised in intellectual property and new technologies, Sinda assists clients in all sectors of activity, in order to protect, enhance or defend their intellectual and industrial property rights (filings, contracts, valuation, strategy, defence)and in structuring and securing their marketing and innovation projects, both in France and abroad, through audits, due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts and managing litigation.

She has also developed expertise in personal data protection and assists companies to comply with the GDPR. She also provides strategic advices on governance and risk management.  

Sinda also intervenes in the areas of civil and commercial contract law (drafting contracts, business contracts, terms & conditions...).

Before joining DWF, Sinda completed various internships in law firms in France and internationally in the fields of business law, intellectual property and personal data protection law, and notably in the legal department of BNP Paribas.
