Senior Associate, Newcastle

Sarah is a Senior Associate in DWF’s Corporate and Commercial team, and is based in our Newcastle office.

Sarah is an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer who acts on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including commercial contracts, business acquisitions and disposals, risk management, business succession planning, trusts, company secretarial and governance.

Sarah provides practical and outcome-driven advice to clients, from established businesses to start ups, in various industries including professional services, liquor and hospitality, health and charities.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws, Diploma of Legal Practice and Bachelor of Business (majoring in International Business).

Outside of work, Sarah spends her time at parks and beaches with her young family and dog.


Sarah is a member of the New South Wales Law Society and the Newcastle Law Society.
