Roger Williams

Partner, Birmingham

Roger is a Partner in the Private Client team, dealing with wills, trusts and powers of attorney. He handles the administration of estates following death and also act for small to medium enterprises.


He advises clients on the preparation of wills, taking into account appropriate tax planning. In conjunction he also advises on the preparation of trusts for taxation and asset protection purposes.

Based in the Birmingham office, Roger assists clients with tax planning whilst preparing wills. In conjunction with this, he advises on the preparation of trusts for taxation and asset protection purposes.

He prepares powers of attorney for clients, and in cases where persons have lost capacity to handle their affairs he applies for deputyship appointments for someone else to look after that person's affairs.

For small to medium enterprises Roger deals with the disposal, acquisition, and letting of properties.

Roger is the trustee of a local charity which rents out properties and provides financial and other support for persons in need of assistance.
