Rebecca is a Director and Solicitor-Advocate with over 14 years' experience in costs litigation dealing with both high value paying party and receiving party work. Rebecca qualified as
a Solicitor in 2017 and obtained her Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) in April 2021.
Rebecca has experience in dealing with all aspects of costs ranging from catastrophic injury claims, personal injury arising out of road traffic accidents, employer's liability claims and public liability claims, clinical negligence claims, commercial litigation and judicial reviews. She has a great deal of experience in respect of dealing with Costs Management at CCMCs and attendance at JSMs. Rebecca also has experience in dealing with Scottish Accounts of Expenses dealing with both receiving party and recovery and provides attendance at Taxations.
Rebecca also sits on the FOIL Costs SFT.
