Rebecca is an experienced litigation lawyer, specialising in the defence of civil liability claims on behalf of international insurers. Rebecca regularly advises on personal injury matters, consumer law disputes, coronial inquests, and work health and safety investigations and prosecutions. She has a particular interest in matters involving dangerous recreational activities in the sports and leisure sector, pure mental harm injuries, and construction site / workplace injuries.Rebecca has experience advising on complex coverage issues including policy interpretation, indemnity disputes, dual insurance and recoveries. She also has experience advising on critical incident response, waivers, and risk management policies and procedures.
Rebecca primarily practices in New South Wales and Victoria, but has experience practicing in all Australian jurisdictions, including in various Supreme Courts and Coroner's Courts.

- Acted for a correctional healthcare provider in various coronial inquests into deaths in custody.
- Acted in defence of a security services company in New South Wales Supreme Court and Court of Appeal hearings for damages sought by a patron injured in a pub brawl.
- Acted for construction and scaffolding companies in work health and safety prosecutions, related civil claims, contractual indemnity disputes and recoveries claims relating to serious injuries suffered by workers on site.
- Acted for sporting organisations, specialty gyms, cruise ship service providers, and outdoor adventure park operators in negligence and discrimination claims brought by injured participants.
- Acted for an educational and childcare provider in disputes involving breaches of privacy, breaches of confidence and negligence.
