Phoebe’s experience includes offering strategic advice on all manner of disputes arising under construction contracts (such as extensions of time, liquidated damages, defects, insolvency and termination) to assist her clients in negotiating and achieving the best possible commercial outcome. She regularly represents clients in adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation.
Phoebe holds rights of audience in the higher courts of England and Wales, and is often invited to present at industry panels and conferences.
