Petty's experience within catastrophic injuries include cases ranging cases from complex liability to fundamental dishonesty, FND, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, fatalities, psychiatic and orthopaedic injuries. Petty is widely recognised for her ability to tackle the root of complex issues very swiftly and deploying a range of tactics to secure favourable outcomes.
Petty also co-leads our Area of Core Excellence Group in AV/EV/micro mobility, seeking to identify the challenges brimming on the horizon to tackle these issues together with our clients. She attends the briefing sessions both at Parliament and other industry leads. Petty runs training sessions, and pens written articles. She also takes part in the Government Consultations Call for Evidence in these emerging areas and help to shape the regulatory landscape.
