Experience
Patryk Polek is an Associate in the Warsaw office's Litigation and Arbitration Team.
His practice focuses mainly on resolving commercial disputes, in particular in international and domestic arbitration, as well as on conducting litigation before the Polish courts. Throughout his practice, he obtained experience in a broad scope of civil law disputes, especially in competition law, construction and infrastructure disputes, and intellectual property litigations alike.
Patryk obtained his main legal education at the University of Warsaw, graduating in 2017. He has also studied law in the United Kingdom (University of Essex) and twice in the Netherlands (Utrecht University, Leiden University). Additionally, in 2019 he graduated from a two-year diploma course at the British Law Centre organised at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Cambridge University.
He has gained legal experience working for international and Polish law firms in Warsaw. He has also undertaken a mini-pupillage at the barristers' chamber in London.
