Patrycja Knerek is an advocate trainee and junior associate in Banking & Finance Department of DWF in Poland.
A specialist in civil, commercial and banking law. During her studies she was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for students with outstanding achievements on two separate occasions. Lecturer at numerous national scientific conferences and the author of a chapter in a scientific monograph. She has also provided pro bono legal advice at the University Legal Clinic and participated in a mentoring program organized by the Warsaw Bar Association. Furthermore, Patrycja completed a scientific program at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Brussels.
Prior to joining DWF Poland, she worked for leading Polish law firms in Warsaw, where she has been involved in providing corporate assistance regarding mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as legal due diligence investigations. She also gained professional experience in the law firm in Spain, where she has been involved in advising clients in cross-border matters, particularly in real estate purchase transactions. In 2021, she completed an internship at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland.
