Experience

Patrycja Figuła is a Junior Associate in the M&A and Capital Markets Departments. 

Patrycja focuses on advising domestic and foreign corporate clients in areas of energy and M&A transactions. She also assists in due diligence investigations and drafting of commercial contracts. Patrycja has experience in preparing transactional documentation (share purchase agreements, venture capital documentation, corporate governance documents) and has participated in projects concerning acquisitions of companies, public offerings of securities, venture capital investments as well as in conducting due diligence analysis.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2019 and completed law student exchange programs at Northumbria University (United Kingdom) and University of Würzburg (Germany).  

Patrycja's expertise also includes commercial and investment arbitration.
