Experience

Norbert has more than 30 years of extensive experience in international and cross-border transactions and investments worldwide. He has further extensive experience in restructuring and reorganization of companies, either as project manager in restructuring projects, trustee or moderator of banking pools. Aside from his focus on corporate and restructuring matters, he is a recognized expert on complex litigations and international arbitration proceedings. He represented numerous clients before arbitrational tribunals in France, England, Switzerland and Germany. 

In addition to his native German, Norbert is fluent in English and French.
