Experience
Michał Bystrzyński deals with a broad range administrative law issues. His expertise includes working on some of the most significant matters in Poland in recent years from across a variety of sectors, including in particular conventional and renewable energy, aviation and mining. He has participated in proceedings before administrative courts and various administrative bodies, including supervisory authorities.
Michał specializes in environmental and building law and has particular experience in working on cases related to environmental impact assessment, waste management regulations, IPPC and sectoral permits as well as water law regulations. He also practices labor and civil law as a secondary area of practice and has significant knowledge of the issues related to the transfers of undertakings.
