Marzia has played an active role in the sector’s development, critically analysing legislative proposals and offering practical solutions aimed at ensuring transparency, compliance, and operational resilience.
Alongside her professional practice, Marzia is also a lecturer in specialist training courses and a speaker at conferences dedicated to banking and financial regulation, with a particular emphasis on MiFID-related topics.
Over the past ten years, she has held several prominent roles, including serving as a member of the supervisory committee in compulsory administrative liquidation procedures for insurance companies, and as an independent director for a bank. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of a bank, where she also serves as the Anti-Money Laundering Officer, and is a member of the ABI Legal Technical Committee.
