MJ started in Insurance in 2021 and has since specialised in Commercial Property within the Lloyds market with a special interest in major and complex ISR loss. She has been with Proclaim since December 2023.With a diverse background in customer focused roles prior to Insurance, her skill set lends itself to a positive customer experience, a diplomatic and commercial approach to claims management and passion in representing both her team and the business well. MJ has aided in the expansion of the Property team and business and aided in onboarding several new clients and products that fall under the property banner including Commercial Property from small business to ISR, Strata (residential and commercial), Contract Works, Aviation, Marine Cargo, Fine Arts and Specie, Complex Risks, Mobile Plant & Equipment, Large Motor and more.
MJ is passionate about not only delivering good claims experience, but also having good service provided back to us by our supplier panel and has been an advocate for costs, service and delivery in the Property space.
MJ also now joins the Head of Territory in being a contact for our stakeholders, building and maintaining Client relationships and Business Development Opportunities for DWF/Proclaim across all lines.
