Katharine is a partner in the Business Restructuring team.  She has over 25 years' experience of working in the restructuring/insolvency sector acting for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, debt purchasers and both corporate and individual creditors.

Experience

Katharine heads up DWF's personal insolvency team which has a reputation for providing specialist advice to clients nationally on all aspects of bankruptcy, including asset realisation, fraud and antecedent transactions.  

As the solicitor of choice for many of the UK's leading insolvency practitioners, Katharine is known for her skill in combining her extensive knowledge and experience with her approachable and practical style.  

Katharine is also the head of the firm's Creditor Service team.  Here, Katharine provides support to banks, debt purchasers and other clients with volume consumer debt on the management of their insolvent debt portfolios.
