Karolina is a corporate lawyer and focuses on issues related to the commercial law as well as transactions with contracting issues. Key areas of her expertise include domestic and international transactions in the areas of real estate law, as well as banking and finance in particular aviation finance.

Karolina is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A Department at DWF. In her practice she focuses on full spectrum of issues connected with corporate law, including contracting, domestic and international transactions in the areas of real estate law and banking and finance, as well in the aviation sector. She is conducting legal due diligence, as well as preparing transaction documentation, in particular in connection with share purchase, real estate acquisition and financing transactions. She advises clients in matters related to contracting, corporate transactions and aviation law issues.

Before joining DWF she worked for leading international law firms. She achieved her PhD in 2020 and she is LL.M. candidate at Loyola University in Chicago.
