Karen is the Complaints Manager and part of the Risk & Excellence Team, managing the full complaint journey within DWF to provide a comprehensive end to end view of the cycle of our client feedback from intake through to research and response.

Karen brings a wealth of experience in legal and financial services with a strong focus on client feedback and complaints and how to harvest the insight of our clients in the best possible way to identify trends and help develop the client journey, thus enhancing the overall experience externally and internally.  

Outside of work Karen's passion is music and travelling with her family and friends.
