Kamilla deals with the full spectrum of competition and consumer protection law issues, including abuse of a dominant position, horizontal and vertical any-competition agreements, private enforcement and acts of unfair competition disputes, merger control, unfair use of contractual advantage, infringements of consumers' collective interests, including unfair market practices and abusive clauses. She represents clients in proceedings before Polish antimonopoly authority and sectoral regulators, as well as in appeal proceedings before the courts. She advises clients on competition and consumer law compliance of projects in B2B and B2C relations. She conducts training for clients in this area, provides anti-monopoly audits and simulations of inspection and dawn raid. She is also a specialist in the field of administrative and court-administrative proceedings.
